This translation also includes a brief biography of Prophet Mohamed (peace and blessings be upon him), a short article about how the Quran was compiled, as well as a synopsis of the Surahs or chapters of the Quran and a glossary of Quranic words and terms. In addition, each Surah is preceded by an introduction to some of the major issues covered and its period of revelation.
